It’s a great wash with the best prices is town. This car wash always leaves my car in excellent condition with the tire shine and waxes. I really like the lights in the wash and my daughter does too. The employees are the best thing about it, they seem to love working there. Christian is always there to greet me when I come in and always does it with a smile. The parking lots are always clean and up kept. The vacuums have good suction and work great. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

What a great experience with Swift Wash. Have used them for a very long time without one complaint. Great washes and customer service.
Just bought a vehicle from a dealership that is offering free washes, but will definitely be using Swift Wash in between visiting the dealership.

I have the monthly pass and come multiple times a week. This place is always clean and the vacuums work.

Friendly helpful staff. Good car wash price is decent. My only caveat is that there's only one in the Rockford area. Be nice if there's one on the east side also

I have to say the crew there are so helpful and do everything to make your visit from the time you get to the kiosk to the time you leave. Always pleasant and eager to help. They work as a team to help you yet the equipment is in good working order not like many others where the brushes are worn and the chemicals dont work. All of there locations are well run company. All my cars go thru and it save so much time for me and my staff.

Do not sign up for a membership. When I went to get my vehicle washed the attendant signed me up for the membership. I decided to cancel the membership and went to the website sight and it will not let me cancel. Now. I have to waste my time to go to the location just to cancel. I find this very poor service and feel like they are trying to rip people off.

Easy convenient and affordable. My husband drove thru and didn't hit no upgrades. They charged us $30.00. We already paid $10.00 for the club. So we got charged $40.00 in one month. Why do I have to hit no upgrades when I pay for a certain plan. Seems like they hope you don't check your accounts that way they can screw you.

Car wash is great but u have to watch ur bank account n the attendant when u run ur card bc they hit membership on mine n I now have reoccurring payments coming out for months that I now have to dispute

The best wash to go to!! The wash itself is great and leaves my car clean but it’s really the staff that keep me coming back! I have long acrylic nails so having someone always ready to help at the screen is great no need for me to open my door and reach with all my might! Love it here!!

I like your car wash and I was going to get one today until I saw the guy out by the entrance who harasses me every time to buy a membership. Whenever I see them out there, I drive on by.

So...I have been there maybe three times now and have only gotten the basic wash and it's fine for the price. Today, I went there and paid an extra $3 whole dollars for the pre-soak. Once you pay, you can't talk to the person in the wash, you're on a conveyor. So, the pre-soak was a couple of squirts from a bottle for like two seconds and then you're in the wash! That is not soaking anything, it's just a quick squirt of bug remover or something. It's only three bucks, but it's a rip off of three bucks! If you have questions, ask them before you get to the door!
