If I could give this 0 stars I would just for the simple fact that they say you have to have an appointment then push you aside for over an hour because of “emergencies” that come in after you. Definitely won’t be coming back.

How can you call yourselves an "Immediate Care" facility when you don't take walk-ins and require an appointment? Of course UW has closed all but this immediate care in the area so God help anyone with Blue Cross insurance that actually needs immediate care. Complete joke.

good luck trying to get an appointment, they don’t answer their phone and you can’t walk in.Ended up going to an OSF facility and paying the higher fees. #fail and even worse I pay over $2000 a month in premiums to this organization and they can’t deliver services

I got an appointment for my daughter this morning for after school. Everyone was very polite and kind. Erin (the provider) was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt safe and cared for. We had a positive experience.

This should not be listed as an immediate care facility. They only take people by appointment.

How is this considered a walk in in clinic but you go in and they tell you appointments early and booked for the day? Even the sign on the door and the website say walk in. I asked the lady at the desk after having been coming for years and never being told that I need a appointment, she tells me the switched a year ago but pointed out the signs and website saying other wise and then explained how I was here not even a month ago and was taken she then changed what she said and said well we recommend to call and do appointments. So what is it a walk in or an appointments neither lady could give me a straight answer.

Only take you if you have an appointment. Came home from work drove back from Byron with sick child they refused to see him and said I needed to make an appointment for next day. They noticed he was crying but just said sorry these are the rules.This was at 615pm. If they're only going to have one clinic then they should allow for more appointments and more open hours. They need to have by appointment only posted on website and the doors.

I have actually had to bring my foster child here twice and have good experiences both times. Today I had to wait an hour to get called back (others that came after me got called back before us) but I am pretty sure that had to do with them having to call dcfs when we get there for permission to treat her. I think they did forget to call though. outside of that , we have had great experiences.

Don't bother calling right when they first open, they don't answer. Other than that most of the doctors are nice.

Went to this clinic and was third in line when they opened on a Sunday morning. When the doors opened I was greeted immediately and was out the door having had a urine test, dr appointment, and prescription filled by 10:20. Every employee was friendly and helpful. Went next door to Walgreens to get prescription and was back on the road to home by 10:35. I am impressed!

Made an appointment ahead of time and was called in early. The NP was very nice and took extra steps to make sure she prescribed meds that were very abbrasive to get rid of infection and make sure she had all needed. My pooch scratched my eye and I had a lot of swelling overnite. The entire staff was very courteous and I was very satisfied with appointment. Thanks everyone. I feel confident that everything will go as planned. I highly recommend this facility!
