The guy running the place is EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful! I called to tell him I'd be in to take my lock off and he replied angrily "no, I'll just cut it off and don't bother renting from us ever again because I could have rented it"!! I offered to pay the fee (because I was ONE DAY late) and he started cussing me! I couldn't believe it!!! I just hung up on him. Attitude goes a long way in customer service and I didn't deserve that, especially when I offered to pay the fee.

They don't allow for "ALL" of the outdoor parking area. If renting a front 50'x10' area, you can only use 20'x10' of it or move to more expensive same size area on the side or back. Can't double up for total usage. Plus always a rent increase of $6+ per outdoor area. Plus gate gate isn't always locked & personality is demanding & crude. No wonder communication-hides behind employee decisions. Just dealing w/Rockford crookiness.

Love this place meet the owner few times not to much but I rented like 4 units here before now I have 2 one of the biggest units is mine... I enjoy the guy at the front counter he's a pleasure to talk to... it's a safe place to lay your stuff no issues ever maybe some water damage on one or 2 thing no big deal my fault for having next to door rain ice ect... ? they need to make more space they have the land. All they need in black top and a gate...
