So I was there with my parents. I didn't need new shoes so I was reading while they tried on shoes. I heard (and saw it myself) no one received help from any employee except when it came to check out. Three employees were next to me hanging out talking about Halloween costumes. I didn't know they were employees,I didn't see any sketchers uniform on them. With at least three couples in the store, they could have helped.

I went back to school shopping here last week for my 3 toddlers and just had a lovely experience. Everyone was so sweet and nice and very helpful. There was a guy with tattoos on his arms that helped me size the kids feet and find the most amazing shoes for each of them. I will be coming back here for sure!

In area visiting friends / family & was just killing time in this part of Rockford when decided to check out store. Found a nice pair of cushioned trail shoes, but knew it would be tight to pack in our return flight luggage. Clerk said no problem - she created an account for me, placed order & had them shipped directly to my home. And best part, they fit / wear great.

I was able to find a pair of slip ins on sale. I wear size 12. They were not to many choices. Needed to restock. No employees were on the floor. All behind the register taking forever to ring up customers..long wait to pay. That would be my biggest complaint…

The 1st time I was here was not long after they opened. I wear an 11, and they had almost nothing in my size. Now, I was able to find at least 10x's the number of shoes in my size. I have knee issues and ended up wearing them out of the store. The clerk was kind enough to cut the tags off for me.

I would give it a 0 if I could. No one offered to help on the floor. The workers were too busy gossiping and on their phones. Stood in line forever behind one person. No one came to help or anything. I put my boxes down and walked out without buying anything.
