First off…. ANGELA IS AMAZING! It’s been some time since I needed to buy new scrubs and she was a huge help! I had an idea of my current size and she gave me a myriad of options to try, since my usual brand wasn’t in the brick and mortar store. I will say it again :) Angela, you are an angel! Thank you to you and S&B for an amazing shopping experience!!!

I just started beauty school and needed a jacket because it's cold in the classroom and Melissa totally hellped me out! She was super nice, and very informative and helpful with finding the right size I needed, and for what I was looking for. Turns out my school orders from there too so I'm getting my jacket embroidered with our logo! 10/10 customer service! I will always reccomend Melissa if you ever need help!!!

Very, very rude. Stopped in for a return with my wife, who is a nurse, and got nothing but attitude from the get go. We then found a set of scrubs she wanted, but they had make up stains. When we approached the lady at the check out to see if they had any more in back the employee incredibly rudely informed us they don't discount items. We only wanted to see if there were others.We both put down our items and we left the store.We had intended to get a few sets of scrubs there. Instead we will be buying online from another company. That was one of the most horrible examples of customer service I've ever seen and I will never purchase anything from your company again. We have 2 daughters and a my mother in law all in health care as well.You have lost our business.

I came into the store to complete an online return and was met with rudeness from the sales associate on duty. She at no point said "hello" when I walked in and acted as though the return was an inconvenience. When I found and an set of scrubs that I was going to purchase, the only top had makeup smeared on the collar. I asked if there was another top of the size and was told no, to order it online. I pointed out the stain and she replied that she wasn't going to discount the top and if I wanted it I would have to buy it as is. She had an extremely rude tone and couldn't be troubled to even make eye contact with me. I left the store immediately as it seemed clear that she didn't want my business. I would recommend avoiding this store as the mid-day staff would rather people shop online.

If you are a guy they have little to nothing here. Employees are completely unhelpful other than saying "Hello" when you enter the store. Didn't offer to help look or order through their online. No wonder everything is moving to online shopping.

So when i ordered my items they were listed at a lower price then after i placed my order I was charged more for quite a few items in my order I will not be ordering from here again and to top it all off I was not able to cancel my order I wish I would of read reviews 1st

Daniel and Angela did a great job advising me on the style and matching for scrub outfits tailored to my physique and suitable to my profession. They didn't hold back on sharing their honest views when it came to both what styles didn't work on me and which ones definitely did. I felt like a VIP in both of their care as I tried on their suggestions. I didn't feel rushed to purchase anything and was surprised with a bonus employer discount at the end of the day! Recommend this store for Daniel and Angela's customer friendly service and professional advice.

I called the store in Rockford Illinois about 2 pairs of scrub pants i had purchased on April 25th because i had the wrong size. I explained to the sales woman that i still have my receipt but i did ha e my tags on them. She asked the other sales women and she said that's fine bring them back to exchange them for the right size. So i get there and she went to get the other sales woman and she said said I'm sorry we can't exchange it. She said she didn't tell me you didn't have the tags. So i told them they need to learn how to communicate better with each other. That was a waste of time and gas to come back to the store. Never again!
