The women working are just disgustingly rude. Not willing to help, always out of everything, give you attitude for anything and everything possible. Definitely beware, there are much better pharmacies in the area that will be happy to help you with your medical needs

Big mistake choosing to have script sent to this place. Much needed med Dr sent over Tuesday afternoon. Got text from cvs saying they're working on it etc but no timetable. Wednesday still no text so I called and recorded message says it won't be ready till Friday. That's 4 friggin days from the time it was sent in. What if this was life or death heart med? Ridiculous. Called Dr to have it switched to Walgreens who said they have it in stock...and they work with my insurance. I had to call back Dr so he could switch it Walgreens and he's busy so no telling when he can sign it over. Such a hassle and it's all cuz cvs can't be trusted to have vital meds in stock or at least get them in a timely manner. 4 friggin days? Ridiculous.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. My Dr sent a script in yesterday and it still wasn't showing up when I looked online so I called and the woman that answered was about as rude as someone could get. My script is out of stock everywhere and has been for a while meaning I have gone without for several days now, yet I was super kind to her but she immediately interrupted me in the middle of my question in the meanest tone you can imagine and then it was like I was inconveniencing her for having my script sent to her pharmacy. Not my fault it's out of stock and I was as kind as can be to her (mainly because after her rudeness I don't trust her to actually fill my script when it comes in stock or not cause problems for me). It's terrible when your health is in people's hands like hers.

Tried to get a prescription filled as a result of a shoulder surgery. Diane is a very unpleasant person! Extremely rude and not helpful at all. If your insurance only allows CVS pharmacy I would definitely stay away from this location! Avoid her at all costs!

This used to be the best pharmacy. Now it is sadly not the case. Ever since CVS took over it has steadily gone down hill. The staff is short with customers. They are ridiculously understaffed. My husband waited in line for 5 minutes only when it got to his turn they shut the gate and said it’s their lunch for the next 30 minutes. Not ok CVS. You can do better. I have been with this pharmacy for 20 years but I am going to Walgreens now.

The pharmacists are great, but they really need a pharm tech for each shift. Been waiting in the drive thru for 45 minute because the pharmacist is on the phone and has people at the walk up window. Get it together, CVS.

Matthew is always such a nice young man! Best pharmacist in Rockford hands down. Today, I had an issue with the young girl who works behind the counter and answers the phone. I could barely understand her over the phone because she was hardly enunciating. For whatever reason, she couldn't give me definite answers on my prescription. When I showed up in person, the pharmacist kindly apologized and gave me what I needed. I'm not gonna lie though, this isn't the first time that this has happened. Hopefully they will get a new person to answer the phone because she does not know how to answer a question .

Transferring all my scripts (8) from Walmart to CVS @ Schnucks (more convenient for us should have done this two years ago), and the folks there were super helpful in facilitating the prescription transfer today. GOOD JOB, thanks.
