Not once… but TWICE, in one shopping trip the sams club employees are abusing the FAMILY restroom. I have twins who are potty training and both times while waiting for the family restroom here comes out an employee with no care in the world…… one time we went to use the handicap stall in the women’s bathroom and an employee CUT off us just so she could use the handicap restroom …. Said a few choice words and she choose to just “ignore” me. Tell your employees to do better or add another family restroom for families with young children…

I’m sick and tired of waiting in line at the damn Sam’s Club. It’s time to move on to Costco. This club is terrible. I just stood in line for 20 minutes. It’s ridiculous.

Purchased new tires, aside from the long wait during installation, they tell you 45min to an hour, ended up being three hours, they also broke two pressure sensors (TPMS), not only that but they also made me pay for their after market replacement. The worst of all when I was heading home heard clunking sound and weird feeling in the steering wheel, when I checked the tires, one of the front ones had the lug nuts completely loose.. I was lucky didn’t hit the highway in that condition. Had to go back and have them torque them down. I had better experience with Sam’s in the past, but nowadays their work quality has become awful.

I don't ever usually post things on here BUT WOW .... I needed help using the app finding stuff etc ... I talked to a gentleman named Shaun (made sure i read the name badge and asked another associate what his role was and was told he is a front lead) who was actually helping someone ahead of me ... as soon as he finished he ran over to me ... walked me through everything the app offers and basically took me isle by isle to find what I needed!! I'm STRONLGY considering getting their credit card because of what he was telling me about it ... NEVER let this young man leave your company, a true gem you guys have here!! Thank you for everything young man.

Once again I said TAX it all and half way thru check out found they weren't which mean going to customer service and try credit back something they didn't sell. Finally a hour later it's handled. To day was the 4th time in 2 months and the team member got in my face. I left a flat bed cart, usually around $700 a week, setting at check out and left with a line behind. Done being treated like a crook

I don't like reviews but I'm tired of every time I come in I get asked for my Sam's card when I have it on my phone then I have to hold the ppl up from coming in because now I have to dig in the purse then on my way out I get everything in my cart scan by the work but the white customer get 1,2, or may3 items scan I'm so tired of seeing this done at sams ,Walmart ,target, ect it's so sad I can go on forever please work on it cause us a business owners dont feel good spending money at a place that makes u feel un wanted it's 2024 ?

I bought the Tres Leche cake with strawberry filling for my friends birthday yesterday I was told the cakes were made fresh daily but today when we went to cut the cake we found mold all over the strawberries on the top of the cake so so disappointing everybody is really grossed out. And I’m so disappointed

Our first time at this store from Wisconsin. My wife and I had great customer service experience with a gentleman named Alfredo who greeted us with a smile. Not only was his customer service great in helping us find some items we were looking for but also helped us getting help in loading our items . Alfredo was even nice enough to explain to us the differences in sams basic and plus membership. Thanks Alfredo for your dedication in helping my wife and I because of you we will definitely visit again.
