I had a really confusing experience trying to find this place. The Google map said it was Sam's Club, but when I arrived at the gas station, it was labeled as Walmart. It would be helpful to have more signage for people who are not familiar with Rockford to find it easily. Additionally, the directional signs pointing out one-way streets are hard to see because they are faded, making it difficult to follow. Also, I think I should get a discount on gas as a Sam's Club member.

Google maps said they opened at 6. Get there at 915 and not a soul in sight. Check the sams club website it says fuel center opens at 10. No problem as google maps is wrong most the time these days. I come back at 10:05. Guy out cleaning around pumps but not moving cones. Sit for 20 min waiting and still nothing. Got to be to work by 11 across town and now have no gas. Ridiculous. Lazy employee or lazy business owner who knows. Someone clearly not doing their job.

There are 2 ways to buy gas around here. Go to Sam's Club Station, or spend too much.

Every customer and there was one at each pump tried using their credit cards. not one pump was working and I asked another customer what his readout stated and he said funds not available. Let's face it, I was on my motorcycle and he was driving a new Corvette. We were trying to buy premium gasoline and I for a fact have a black unlimited credit card so what's the real deal here? We also checked the store were there was no one working inside and this gas station from the looks from the outside doesn't even sell any products. Just petroleum and the card readers were on. Seriously, don't bother Patronizing Sam's club for gasoline. I've been watching my credit card to see if their running a scam... Be careful people...

Always congested and they randomly close lanes while you're waiting for a pump, making you drive back around to get in line again.

This needs an attendant directing traffic because of stupid people and the me first driving mentality. Other than that, the prices are great
