They pick and choose who to help, even if you meet the requirements. I'm a black man and so tired of them giving me the run around.

What a horrible place to try and get assistance. One of their workers, Libra Martin, kept making promises to email me, call me, she even set up a Zoom call with me but did not attend. They are not at all understanding about the risks of COVID-19 and the need to socially distance. I tried to call Libra's supervisor but no one ever answered the telephone. This place is a big zero- do not even waste your time. Upper management needs to do something about their employees here.
