I visited Rogers & Holland in Rockford's mall and had a great experience, even though I didn’t make a purchase. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Riley and Sue Harling. Both were patient, knowledgeable, and kind, taking the time to answer all my questions without any pressure to buy. They made the visit feel comfortable and welcoming. The selection of jewelry was impressive, and I’ll definitely be coming back when I'm ready to make a purchase. Highly recommend stopping by for great service!

Would have been a 5 but since our purchases the customer service is honestly pretty poor. They don't answer the phone most of the time and when they do, it doesn't seem that their employees are the most knowledgeable when it comes to their own policies and services. Have called at least 4 times in the past few weeks and each time it rings until someone just picks up and hangs up. Poor way to treat customers.

I worked with a manager when I first came in and looked at several rings. I needed to think about my purchase as it was a lot of money. I came in and worked with a new associate, she was very nice and professional, I just felt the original salesperson had my back would get me the best deal, the second just sold me the ring.

Excellent experience here and knowledgeable staff to help us pick the right ring and center piece. She also found us a even better diamond for the center piece than we originally were going to go with. Had a very easy and comfortable time picking out a ring.

This will be the only jewelry store I will ever shop at! Their jewelry is high quality and if your ring is damaged they have a lifetime warranty and will replace or fix it with no issues !

I went into the location at Cherryvale Mall in Rockford and Sue Harling helped me out. She is very professional and very knowledgeable. I went in to get my rings and earrings cleaned and she had answered my questions regarding the trade in policy. We have always went to Zales but no more. Her professionalism and knowledge sold us on our first trip and we have returned because of that. I will refer anybody to that location just to have her help them out.
