I donated a sectional couch to them. I liked that they didn't charge to come pick it up. The lady I talked with was nice. The guys picking up the couch appreciated that I had it cleaned up and ready for them in the garage. Overall great experience.

Had them pick up some furniture and it was easy to do. A little phone tag involved but not too bad. Then they hauled away the furniture. They don't want your garbage or damaged stuff because no one wants that. I have also gotten some good stuff from there as well.

The ReStore is located south of Cherryvale Mall off Harrison Ave in Rockford, IL, and is open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.
