Had a oil change here last year and didn't know until this year that my oil wasn't changed, just the filter! oil was very black like molasses, and while there I asked Tom Tom to drive my van to see if he heard the noise anybody can clearly hear when my car was on he said he didn't hear a thing but told me my car was raggedy! long story short I was ripped off! Never again!

I paid $300 for my brakes to get fixed here 2 months ago. While I was there I decided to get an oil change and was charged $60 for it, even told me that because my muffler is leaking he’d fixed that for free. Once I got my car back my oil change light was on and I found it odd but I went ahead and trusted Luis and his team that they did the job right. Today my car breaks down in the middle of the highway and when I checked to see what was going on. I didn’t have any oil in my car. I called him and he told me that it’s because something in my car is leaking the oil out and it’s most likely my muffler. But when I mentioned that he told me he fixed that already. He told me it was my other front muffler. I don’t recommend this auto shop at all.

paid about $500 to get my car fixed and my car still doesnt drive good.. went back multiple times and they told me my car drives perfectly fine when my car clearly had problems. would not recommendService: General repairs & maintenance

if i could give 0 stars i would. these guys are absolutely hands down the worst, most incompetent mechanics i’ve ever encountered. Had my car towed there for an engine replacement and they said they could and would do it. After deciding to not cooperate with my insurance company for a week, my car spent another 2 weeks in their hands before i had to call them to ask what was going on, to which they responded that “they don’t feel like doing it”. so i had pay to have it towed elsewhere. After retrieving my car from the second mechanic, he had informed me that somebody had cut the wires in my car for my headlights and various other wires were cut as well so he fixed them for me. After driving it home i’d also noticed that 3/4 of my windows no longer work at all and that i had a broken tail light. As others have said, these guys are absolute crooks and completely untrustworthy. DO NOT go here.

UPDATE: went to another mechanic who fixed my car, he told me that “someone” welded metals into my Cadillac converter so not even half of my motor would work. these guys are straight crooks NEVER GO HERE. they purposely did this so i would have to go back. they also kept saying it would be done tomorrow but never was. they almost jeopardize my motor, they also were supposed to use NEW coil packs but replaced them with used/ old ones instead! AND THEN when i went into pay to the original price we agreed on, he tried to get another 100 and told me “we put gas in it” when i never asked them to and also used my vehicle for parts pick up without my permission. NEVER GO HERE, THEY’RE CROOKS!!!!!

I took them my car knowing what was wrong with it, (02 sensors) told them what the problem was and had it scanned. they cut the wrong sensor that i JUST REPLACED once they heat up the car doesn’t run right. when i got there they said “car is running good” then was on the road for 5min and same thing!! they broke and fixed the same sensor instead of the sensor i told them to fix. they cut the wrong one and left it and i still had to pay. PLUS they kept taking my car for their parts pick up without my permission. so basically all i did was pay them 400 dollars for the same sensor i already replaced, also put used coil packs when they were supposed to me new.Services: Electrical
