I'm a Rewards member (supposedly). Customer service told me to go to station to get a working card issued (errors at 2 different gas stations). Station says they won't get any cards fora while, and acknowledged they don't work at the pump. Customer service should've just sent me a new card when I was on the phone. Not impressed with Road Ranger's customer service. I'm sure the clerk in the station is a hard worker. Just don't feel like a Rewards member.

They have a few ATMs that charge different fees. One is for $3.50 another is $3.95…..

Beware if you have the roadranger card for points , the girl with the long hair will give you a card and activate it with HER phone number and she claims the points NOT you , she should be fired , how can you trust this place with your credit cards ?

Normally I would give this place a 5 star review.I recently discovered your Dan's pizza. So I have been driving up here out of my way just for the pizza. In my past experiences if the pizza was either old or out the woman I do not know her name ( young dark haired woman) well twice she has said " 12 minutes. What kind do you want?" And I always thank her etc. Today dec 4 a whole different story.I stopped in about 315 am like I usually do at least twice a week since October fyi. No pizza available at all. I asked the cashier if she could make one (chubby blonde woman) I do not know her name. Hesitantly she said " oh that's gonna take like 15 minutes". I felt like she did not want to make it. It was not busy. I was going to buy gas too and just wait. So I said ok I can wait. Then she asked " what kind do you want " I said cheese. Then she said " well your gonna have to buy the whole thing because it won't sell".I was polite and said oh come on I just drove all the way out here...then I said forget it and left. She could have made the stupid pizza. She could have just made half of it pepperoni. She could have handled this better.and a total of 30$ between both gas and food Road Ranger did not get from me today due to poor customer service. I mean why even ask me what kind of pizza I would like if you just didn't feel like making it. Not cool. All it takes is one bad experience to change a customers mind about coming back. I'm really disappointed.

I would stop here b4 the loves down the road. These ladies are so polite and helpful. Every time I roll through I come here good service and good pizza. Thank you for bn so nice. Love's is rude.....

The Diesel island DOES NOT accept credit cards at all. You MUST go inside to pay, unless you have a trucking company card.IF you are disabled call the station to have them come out to do your transaction or go to a different station for diesel in a car or pickup truck...

Called to confirm gas price is the same as what is posted on website....lady proceeds to tell me it goes against "company policy" can't disclose gas prices OR confirm that gas is the price posted on the website. I guess I will go to Mobil or Shell...bad for business and you lose consumers over a simple question. I will not be spending any money with you, ever again.

Funny enough they have a better selection of food than the loves up the road, plus they actually have hot dogs and tornados stocked and ready when I'm there unlike live because I come after lunch hour and loves always just puts them on the warmers about that time. They have a better drink selection as well. The only tough part is when your card won't run on the pumps, which I frequently run into this issue and have to go inside. Otherwise it's usually super busy but they always have a handle on stock and customer service. Great place to stop

Small out of the way truck stop. 10-15 full truck parking spots.Good diesel fuel price brought me here. Well maintained fuel islands. Clean washer fluid and good windshield washers at all islands...Inside store well stocked and clean restrooms...I'll be back....
