I just bought a washer and dryer on Friday 09/2/23 and we got to take it home that same day which was nice but they gave me the washer and dryer that were on the floor and the washer had a little of water in there.The Hispanic lady that took care of us told me that they were new, that they had to have a little of water in there and as my bf brought these to the truck I seen scratches and I went back inside and asked her if she was sure these were new because they were scratched up and she said yes that they must of got scratched up from coming out of the box. Please tell me if new washers are supposed to have water in them?

They approved me sent all documents in they requested yet on delivery day I called only to be told my order was cancelled and money refunded which was not. Then they tried to charge my card for item I never received. Poor customer service never again.

If i was able to not give any stars i woul to be honest..We cane to this location got information from the craditor.Went back the next day to start the prosess to come and find out that the credito/delivery guy does not know what he is doing yet the other guy that was there allowed it and did not speak up on it. Then when we were asking they told us that they had no obligation in assisting there college because everyone has to work on there own to make there own money. They gave us attitudes and even throw us out the store.I called corporate and gave them all the information. They said they where going to call store owner on this problem..

I have rented from this location a few different times and if it wasnt so close to my house I would go ANYWHERE else!! If you have an issue, then you better be persistent and contact the store because they are not going to contact you EVER!! Even if they say they are looking into something and will call you back in a few minutes, that phone call never comes. The lack of caring or accountability starts w/ the managers. There was a male manager there a few years ago and now it is Judith. She has no sense of urgency to make sure that she responds to issues or ounce of caring if you are satisfied as a customer.

Worst place I went in there they say they thrive on getting approval no denial and that's a far cry from the truth went in there to get bedroom and living room furniture looked around while they so called processed my application to be told I'm denied and I'd get a denial letter in the mail for the reasoning and to try back in a month why would I try if I got denied the first time what exactly is going to change in a month nothing

Worst experience ever….. ordered a refrigerator online. Waited to the following Thursday to get it delivered only for the lazy delivery person to not want to do his job. Brought the refrigerator in the front door and it wouldn’t fix through the hallway overhead to get into the kitchen. He didn’t try to turn it a different way or try to see if it could fix another way. I asked if he could try using the size door he responded I didn’t wanna damage the property or the refrigerator so he didn’t want to try….. The guy in the red shirt he was very lazy and no good customer service, but he was willing to leave the refrigerator sitting in my living floor. Then tells me so what you want to do because I have other deliveries…… I will never ever use the store or company for anything.

Employees called me every single day after I would set up a payment arrangement or a promise to pay. I would have to tell them every single time that I already spoke to someone. They never listened and I got fed up.

This is the one place I wish I could give 0 star for. They list the application my fiance put in online then blamed her for it not being saved. She took a day off work to keep this appointment to sign papers and they didn't have anything for her to sign. Judith, the manager, also told her that we need her, she doesn't need us. I've never heard of any customer being disrespected the way my fiance was. After filling a new application out while being insulted and belittled, they went to process it and somehow found the original online application. She left without an apology. I will never go to this place again.
