HORRIBLE!!!IT WAS THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND THE GATE WOULDN'T OPEN. Families were left without CHRISTMAS gifts and you ruined lots of Children's Christmas. There was no customer service available to help. Absolutely despicable!!!!

Unannounced rate increase. Reported that the unit next to mine looks like it was kicked in about 3 weeks ago and it hasn't been repaired. The facility has become an unsafe place, the gate has been wide open for atleast a month now, so I will be looking for a new storage facility. Apparently whoever is in charge doesn't care & is only using the facility as a cash cow, just like a slumlord does to tenants.

The price started off fairly reasonable. Over the last 5 years it crept up sky high! Price is one thing, but the next problem is that if you close your unit even 1 day after making your payment they do not prorate your payment and issue any refund. This is unfair. Because they can rent it to someone else immediately and get paid twice. Not only unfair, but unethical in my opinion. I do not recommend to friends or family, or even to people I don't even know. If you don't mind paying high monthly storage fees then this place is for you and you should sign up today!

The customer service I have received has been terrible. I received a phone call from a customer service agent that stated I had left trash in our hallway and that if I did not go immediately to clean it up I was in violation of my contract. I had been out to my unit with my husband and son and knew there was no trash but I drove out there anyway. We took pictures of an empty hallway, with no trash! I immediately called and got on the phone with a different agent who told me to just disregard the earlier phone call. I asked to speak to a manager and explained the hateful call I had received. She told me she would look into it and call me back. No call back. I called again, new agent. Same thing. She said she would call back, nothing. I finally called again yesterday and they essentially said...ooops we made a mistake when we called and so we apologize for any inconvenience. If it wasn't such a hassle I would move y things to a new facility.

I have two storage units, one indoor and one outdoor. I found my lock cut on the outdoor unit. When I called customer service, the rep did not seem to show any interest or care about seeing how to investigate the issue. She told me I should have called the police. Another issue I found was the door was broken to access the indoor storage units. I called to let them know of the problem. I was told that property manager would take care of it. A month later the door was still broken and being held closed with a brick. I called to complain about it again and was told it would be fixed after the holidays. That was two months ago and the door is still broken with a brick to keep it closed. They seem to be not very concerned about security or a professional presence.

Wanted to move in today and paid my money and there's a lock on my storage unit and every door to enter the climate controlled building is LITTERED with spiders and spider webs...like seriously...clean your buildings, those spiders are just gonna make a home in my stuff....which defeats the whole purpose of me wanting an inside unit....to AVOID bugs......

I check on my stuff last week after a long winter only to find that rodents had been nesting in my belongings. There is a terrible smell, fur balls from nesting, and rodent droppings everywhere. I called regarding the insurance amd these things are not covered imagine that.....DO NOT USE RED DOT if u plan on keeping anything u put in there.

Standard storage place. Had issues with getting into the lot twice bc my code wasn't working. Relatively difficult to get hold of support, but when I did they were helpful.

Locker was clean and well maintained. Had a bit of difficulty getting signed, but the Customer Service folks quickly helped sort things out.
