We were so happy to find this U-Store-It location. LuAnn was truly amazing to work with. We were stressed about finding a last minute safe location in Rockford while visiting from St. Louis. LuAnn was polite, professional, and friendly. She answered our many questions and patiently worked with us as we verified our insurance coverage for the storage unit. I would strongly recommend this location for its incredible staff and cleanliness of the unit and front office.

Do not rent from here they add fees all the time and you can never get caught up they also add fees and then expect you to pay it that day
