What a joke PNC is. It took me 20 minutes to cash a check for less than $100. Only one person was there besides me. No apology was given for making me wait that long. I've never experienced worse customer service at a bank in my life. Avoid this location at all costs. It should take 5 minutes to complete a transaction.

Their website messes up almost every night, and the transactions are not in order. The staff there are all good!

My son and I sat In the drive thru stall #2 from 11:38 until 12:30 while the driver ahead of us made 7 transactions, with a line of cars behind us!!! Isn’t there a limit to the amount of transactions in drive thru? I told him that he should consider another bank or even a credit union! Two stalls open on a Saturday and no access to the lobby, whose idea was that? They certainly lacked common sense, in my opinion ??
