This is definitely the nicest planet fitness in Rockford. Rarely very busy. Staff is really nice and does a ton of cleaning.

Workers at Loves Park are super friendly, and they have more than enough workout equipment so it doesn’t feel crowded.

As a disabled person I really appreciate this place. I went to 24 Hour Fitness for a long time and I noticed that (a) there was almost always someone in the wheelchair bathroom, and (b) it was always wrecked and out of paper. They also didn’t have a wheelchair on the door and declined to put one when asked. This seems small to able bodied people. But the message is loud and clear to me and it makes a huge difference, all the difference. There’s nothing you can do about the people who insist on using the wheelchair shower so they can spread out toiletries on the bench. But at least you did mark the shower with a wheelchair as a reminder, which a lot of places won’t do. It means everything to me. And it does make a difference in the culture.

Just go don't worry about nobody else being strategic when getting on the machines. 1 person on a machine you wanted to get on go to a different 1 you may not get your workout done in the order you wa, t but you will get it done

Honestly thinking about switching gyms. Me and my friend have been coming in 5-6 times a week and the last few weeks there's been a really bad smell as soon as you walk in the door. Its honestly nauseating and we leave with headaches after our work out. Never had issues up until now. Such a shame.

It smells like actual sewage in here and id rather go to the most ghetto planet fitness than this one because it stinks egregiously in here. And I've smelt it for 5 days straight it keeps coming back like the plague, please fix this issue planet because all of my friends smell it and were complaining too. Your workers especially are suffering please do something about this.
