Always well stocked friendly staff. I would say they are about the same as other pet supplies in area. Getting exspensice for food So they are same as rest of the world.

I'm sorry but the cat food selection is minimal and the store had a bad smell unlike petsmart which is pleasant.

I was called for an interview. Had to reschedule was trying to be courtesy & then got a nasty attitude & so quick to get off the phone. I wasn't expecting that since they are URGENTLY HIRING. Very unfortunate ?♀️

Petco does not care about animals or their customers! I ordered food for my service dog and an infant animal 6 days ago. I even paid for shipping. It said I would receive the order by December 4th. They sent me a tracking number for a package they never shipped. I checked for 3 days and it still didn't ship. I called them and was told standard delivery is 5 to 7 days. It had already been 5 days going on six, and they had not shipped the order still so there was no way I would get it within 7 days. I spoke to the most rude representative named Nes who did not resolve the issue and put me on hold a couple of times while I was in the middle of asking her something and left me there for five plus minutes. After I hung up on her somehow I got an email from Petco support chat Department that showed some notes she put on my phone call. It was entirely untrue. She said she had offered to send me a same-day shipment of single packs till the bigger shipment arrived, but she did not. I did get an email that said a same day order have been placed for me yesterday and I would receive an email when it was on its way, but guess what? It never came either. So Petco took a disabled person's money under pure misrepresentation. And even when pleading with her on the phone yesterday that my 10-year-old service dog is going to be without food as of today they did nothing. As of now they still have my money that I budgeted to feed my animals and my animals still have no food and it's been 6 days. Check their tracking numbers again this morning and nothing has shipped still. They have no intentions of sending this order I guess they just stole my money. Most disgusting service interaction I've with animal care in my life! I will go out of my way to never give Petco another dollar of my money again.

So I went in to get a turtle for my new apartment... Telling the manger I'd need a temporary tank while I built him one seemed to be an issue. And he tells me if I need a 20gl tank, now most of their tanks that size are easily 100+... Which is a lot considering this is a temporary deal. But the guy won't budge keeps talking about getting the biggest size for him as an adult... Even though he's half that size. Whatever I say, so I came up with a pretty good idea. Look online says it's fine to house turtles in a large plastic tub. And I get one that's more than big enough. But dude still says no... Once again telling me to buy ours and it be okay... The manger this was. Bro talking about the creatures well-being while you got em in tank with water and a log yeah won't be coming here and headed to another store. If I were you I wouldn't come here either... Bunch of money grubbers.

Ordered 80 dollars worth of fresh food got all the way home across town and the food was moldy. They keep your online orders in the fridge with the food that’s for sale. The manager couldn’t do anything for me so why even have a manager Danielle is rude and tells me to call customer service. That lady at customer service is just as rude no one here thinks you deserve anything for all the time and gas you spend fixing their mistakes!!!! They are the ones who put moldy food in a customer’s online order than they don’t think they even should put 5 dollars on your account for your inconvenience. I spent a lot of money here but I will now pay more for products even if they are cheaper here just to spend my money somewhere else. I’ve never got this treatment at petsmart.

The cashier was busy trying to clean up after someone's dog that had urinated all over the floor, and she was apologizing for the mess. Despite all of this distraction, she was very pleasant and friendly at the cash register. I was impressed by her ability to multitask and still work efficiently.

First of all, no one greets you when you walk in the door, then we stood in the fish department for maybe 20 minutes. And no one ever came to help us. Then I went to get prepackaged crickets, and every single one of them were dead. The only thing good I have to say is the gentleman at the register was very nice.

The staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful each time I have been. The kids enjoy looking at all the little critters and our dog enjoys going to sniff all the things! Toy selection is good.

A store is commendable, even more so nowadays, when they serve the customer, not necessarily just try to sell you stuff no matter what.I had already put expensive parrot toys in my basket. Needed help finding a dog ramp for a geriatric pound puppy who has vision, gait and balance problems. I had already searched online in several places, read reviews. Became clear you needed to check these ramps out first.Had already been to two other local pet stores with unsatisfactory results. Went to Petco as third option because I was in the area. Staff showed me where the ramp(s?) were, explained a little. Then she asked me to wait a moment. Called a colleague at home who had several very large dogs. The colleague knew all about ramps. These are the features you need to look for, watch out for x, etc. Basically I received excellent information. The Petco had one ramp in stock; it would not fulfill my purposes. I did not purchase it.But because the service was so great, I requested further assistance from the staff person who was present and purchased more items before leaving the store. I will return to this store now and purchase more. Some stores don't understand when all you try to do is make an immediate sale, the customer goes elsewhere. Permanently. I have left baskets full of merchandise, in disgust, when people tried that. Of course you never return.But after this stellar customer service assistance, I will now drive out of my way to purchase at this Petco store. I will purchase more from the store vs online (as I had been).Professional pet supply purchasing assistance is alive and well at this Petco store. Much appreciated. Please consider patronizing this store.

Store manager was super kind and helpful when we were there to pick up a new family pet. Very knowledgeable about bearded dragons, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Good store run by great people.

Great customer service! I had a question about a chew stick. The cashier not only gave me a recommendation, but she showed me where the item was. I was very impressed with her knowledge!
