“Pet pantry to help up to 2 cats and 2 dogs. You can go 6 times a year, once a month. Always have dry food, but sometimes they don't wet food, but usually have treats. Records for rabies vaccine are we required, you can bring the records in or have your vet fax the records.”

“I goto PetCo a bunch. PetCo was going downhill in Rockford for a bit. Yesterday I went in twice. The first time I noticed new guinea pigs. Although the little glass enclosures are way too small. I understand this is completely temporary. There were 1 or 2 piggy’s per enclosure. And guinea pigs being prey animals, are often seldom in what’s called a splooch laying position in such a bright unfamiliar place. But all the piggy’s were completely splooched during my visit. The second visit I was even more surprised to see a couple of the piggy’s bouncing around in what’s called popcorning. I spoke to the manager, I think, she was super nice and stopped to speak to me about the changes. I made sure to let her know that I noticed the change. She told me there was a new general manager and he/she must be doing something right. The fish tanks were all nicely cleaned too. The fish themself were not that great and very few. But I know that’s not the stores fault. Great job keep it up!”

“My dog (who is afraid of scissors) had a grooming appointment here, booked with Piero. I could hear my pup being obnoxious, and Piero still did the full job :) Not only does he look phenomenal, I booked his appointment for the day after he got his rabies vaccine, and Piero told me about the 48 hour rule because he could have a seizure with getting the shot so recently. My dog is an anxious boy and I’m so happy he had me rebook, and was able to do it 2 days later. He’s also a mutt, 37.5% Great Pyrenees so I booked him as that, even though he’s closer to border collie size. Piero changed him to collie once he saw him, which lowered the price by about $30, something most groomers probably wouldn’t do and would just leave it as the more expensive option. Their other groomer seemed so sweet too when I was talking to them. One of the cashiers, Brooke also showed me some good and reasonably priced food toppers- need him to put some weight on. Great store, lovely grooming.”
