Used to be good but doctors come and go and no one knows you or has time for you. Long waits for Dr. appointments.

I am so thankful for the staff and doctors at Guilford Square. Been going there for a couple of years now and everytime have been more than satisfied with my visit. A big thank you to Amy Henderson for going over everything with me regarding the health issues I have. The kindness and thoroughness is greatly appreciated. OSF has helped me in many area's and I am truly appreciative.

I've had 4 appointments cancelled by the doctors here in less than a year, called patient advocate and they suggested that I schedule another appointment which would probably be cancelled again! Don't waste your time here...

Staff has always been extremely professional polite kind and caring and compassionate. The location is easy to find and navigate. The facility is always very clean. Always quick to be seen and never waiting a long period of time for an appointment. Longest I have ever sat in the waiting room was 10 minutes.
