I really like this place here is why.
It's cheap yet organized and not dirty.
They also don't keep any of their products locked up.
Always have a good variety of items.
I look at it for what it is, a close out store. I walk in and see if I find anything I need, I usually do.
Also, while not good for the store, it's not bumper to bumper filled with people, you can move around freely.
The cashiers have always been pleasant. Yes, cashiers! No self checkoouts!😀

Would really love to shop at Rockford Ollies, but the drama or "issues" every single time (not exaggerating) at the register just don't make shopping a pleasure here. Not sure why the passive aggressive culture at the beginning of processing checkout.

Friendly staff, great prices, clean store, and a wide variety of items. Inventory rotates often do not sleep on this place! Get in there and get what you need keep up with their weekly ads!

I like Ollie's a lot. But was not happy that we got the flyer on Saturday. They had a chefman air fryer on sale for $19.99. went in there on the 30th. They would not honor the $19.99... I get it .. it says the 29th... When you get it the day after.. yes there was some still on the shelf, I checked first before I asked. The cashier asked someone about it and was told no.......

Cleaned. Organized. Ample parking. Well lit Parking lot and good location.
Younger retail clerk can stand to have more training to work with customers and how to speak with customers. Presentation and professionalism goes much further.

Ollie’s is like a membership free and smaller pack size Costco - I like to go to different Ollie’s when I’m on the road just to see what they have as stores have different inventory. I especially like their books (Cook books or novels) as it’s always a lot cheaper than others. They are usually hard cover books and have pretty good reviews. When you shop for foods just pay attention to expiration dates but they usually still have few months shelf life. Employees at this location are friendly.
