My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the purchasing process of our new Cayenne from Napelton Autowerks Rockford. Nolan was patient, knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the ordering process. As we progressed through the process, Nolan followed up with a confirming email. He also kept us posted on the delivery which was right on time. We live in Florida in the winter and he had the car delivered and the trade in picked up and the process was seamless.

I have wanted a Macan for 6 or 7 years. I have talked to Troy at Porsche in Rockford several times. But this most recent time found me driving a Macan, working with Troy and buying my first Porsche. Bought a brand new Porsche from these guys, my wife was working for them at the time. Now that she quit working there because she was getting harassed by some of the guys there. They give me the craziest quotes for service. I have to drive all the way to Madison Wisconsin for service, recalls or any warranty work. Who should have to drive two hours for service? This group of guys working here at the Rockford store are nothing but misogynist jerks. Don’t do business here you will regret it. Thanks for everything Scot & Jeff. It was a miserable time working with y’all. Thanks for the headache and time wasted.

I took my Porsche here for some recall work and Ryan, the service advisor, was extremely pleasant to work with. They gave me a wonderful loaner car for the time being and fully detailed my car for free. Wonderful service and experience all around!

My mom and I purchased a new Cayenne Coupe at Napleton Porsche in Rockford and cannot be more pleased with the experience. The process took a few months due to the cars availability, but the team, especially Nolan, Troy, and Scott made it a very smooth process. These guys are the best. From the day we put our deposit down to the day we picked up the car, Nolan has updated us on progress multiple times in between and made sure all our questions were answered.I currently own a Porsche and there are times when I’ll bring my car in for service at another dealer and will walk into the showroom. It’s happens often that I never get approached. The complete opposite happened at this dealer. We were immediately greeted at the door.I honestly cannot consider buying another Porsche at a different dealer now. I anticipate coming back in a couple years for another since I’m thinking of trading my older one in for a new one. For anyone considering buying a Porsche, you need to go to Napleton Porsche in Rockford. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve had the most unprofessional experience.so let’s start back on august 5th I took my vehicle to get a new fuel tank cover put on which I was told by my unprofessional and rude advisor Ryan that I was paying for everything so when I picked up my vehicle it wouldn’t be a balance due.literally a month later I had to go there and see if my other fuel tank had came in which Ryan my unprofessional advisor was suppose to let me know it was there which he didn’t who know how long my part was just sitting there was he ever going to call me to let me know that the parts was in since I paided you guys?to sum it up I’m pretty sure you guys got me out of a extra $222 for no reason at all and Ryan needs to be talked too about how he handles customers no matter the race!

Great place, super friendly staff. Iv bought 2 cadillacs and a used Mercedes from them. Scott and his sales staff always took care of me. Service is always a great experience as well
