I've been using Napleton Cadillac Rockford for over 10 years , got my last couple of cars with Justine Brugger and couldn't be more happy with the service received during the buying process.Unlike other car dealers I never felt pressured or rushed into buying something I didn't want and that is the reason I have recommended Justine to all of my friends and family members.Mike and Gary in service have been outstanding every time I took my car for service there .A+

Jeff Martin got my grandparents and me into a car! This was my first time getting a car and even though there were bumps in the road, I’m glad I went with Napleton versus a shady buy here pay here. A week later he got me into a beautiful car! Thank you so much Jeff!

Our initial experience with this dealership was great. Mike did a great job at making it a positive buying experience for us. We were shopping all over town and at times feeling very “pressured” to make a purchase. Finding a good used car is a very difficult task these days. The car was rushed through the detailing process in an effort to be delivered to us promptly, there was a misunderstanding about how soon we needed the car. The car had stains and foul odors from the previous owner. The dealership reached out to us after hearing of our dissatisfaction and made sure to rectify the car to a favorable condition. Taking this extra step is what makes dealerships like Napletons stand out above the rest. We appreciated the extra effort and attention they spent assuring we were satisfied with our purchase. It’s the little things that make a big difference.

I would give them -100. After purchasing a XT-4 Brand new we have been treated worse than Red head step child. BUY ANY WHERE BUT NAPLETON!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

My car's computer/display reported that the vehicle's right headlight was out and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment at Napleton Cadillac Rockford. Upon my arrival for the appointment, I was "greeted" by a manager who tossed my key and me over to someone else to deal with (who, by the way, was technically on the phone, so not available), when questioned about an additional $195.00 diagnosis fee charge. I wanted to know what more diagnosis were they going to do that the car's computer had not??? He did not make me feel like a customer or valued at Napleton Cadillac at all.I walked away from Napleton Cadillac Rockford with a $665.80 bill due to replace 1-right headlight with their diagnostic fee. Again, I walked away for Napleton Cadillac Rockford NOT to return again, what poor service from staff and management!!

Buyer beware! Their pricing on a new Escalade was $50,000 over MSRP. I thought I read the email wrong with their price quote, but no. $50,000 *over* MSRP. They claimed supply and demand caused it, so I ended up purchasing from another dealer for MSRP. Guess their supply wasnt affected the same way Napletons was? Will never trust Napleton Cadillac Rockford due to such predatory practices. What else are they gouging on?

Purchased my first Cadillac from Napelton Cadillac and had nothing but the best service and experience at a dealership! The salesman Michael Gonzales was top notch and could answer every question I had on the cars without ever being pushy like a typical salesman. Gary hit it home with coming up with the best financing and both made it a breeze buying a car! It is a very family feeling atmosphere and they make you feel right at home answering any questions that come up. I'm proud to be a part of the Napleton family and honestly don't think I would purchase a car from any other dealership. Thanks guys and look forward to future business with you!

After shopping at another dealership, I found the Napleton family of dealers treated me with respect and made me feel as though my business was valued.I almost stopped my search because of another dealership, owned by the Ziegler family, treating me and my business with utter disregard and engaging in predatory business practices.Napleton, Michael Gonzalez, and the business manager, Jim Horst, operated with care, concern, and integrity during our interactions. Regardless of the distance to get there, I will do business with them and the Napleton family as a whole every time.

Horrible experience, brought my car in for a small leak, and paid $1000 to fix,, once they got done a few days later, the car was inoperable and was told nothing they can do about it, just bad luck. Always some scheme to try to get more money from their customers. Liars, crooks, do not go here.

Never buy a used car from them. Bought my daughter an 08 jeep from them.. They said they did an all points inspection.. Front end starts making noises.. I call their service says call Salls. Never got a call back.. Took the car to Firestone Struts and A frame shot. $1800 in repairs.. I get used cars.. but when you say you've done an inspection and obviously you didnt.. cause what Firestone showed me.. its obviously you didn't even look.. stupid me should have climb under the car and checked.. but test drive seemed to be good.. and took them at their word. and was quiet for a couple weeks.. but its shot. And that doesn't happen overnight.. not like that.Napleton Autowerks Rockford Cadillac #napleton
