I walked in looking for parts. The first girl was no help at all. As i was telling her the model of truck she interrupted me asking GMC what? As i was telling her. I went to the parking lot and looked up my parts so i could tell them the part number (make their job easier). Then went back in. If you like customer service, this is not the place for you. I walked in and there were 3 people within reach of the counter. Only customer in the building. They parted like Moses did the red sea. Like they didn't even see me. I stood there for a minute before one of them "acknowledged" me. Then proceeded to act as if I was bothering him. I've been in here before and the customer service has always been lacking. But never been treated like I was a bother until today. Definitely need to work on that for sure.
