The owner Julee is INCREDIBLE I had the most amazing experience at Nail USA. They went above and beyond to accommodate a bachelorette party for my sister. They closed the salon just for the 9 of us, provided delicious food and drinks, and made us feel so special. Highly recommend!

Went and got a no chip just 4 days ago, and already chipping. Plus some of my nails look uneven. Also got a pedi, and my big right toe is sore on one side and reddish.

I've been going there for a few years, they used to do a great job. However, since Covid they've gone downhill. The last 2 times I went they did not clip my nails, just gave them a quick touch with an emory board. My big toenails are 2 different lengths, one is squared off, the other round. The other nails are all different lengths and shapes. They didn't even remove all the callous from my heels this time. Also I was rushed out the last 2 times with some disposable foam flip flops before the polish could dry. All this after they raised the prices and stopped accepting cards, both times I was told Cash Only. I thought it was a glitch the first time, but after a second lackluster pedicure for a higher price I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

I went to get my nails done here for the first time. I got acrylics and they were SO uneven and hurt SO bad. She also did a poor job bc she cut my finger with the electric file. I do NOT recommend coming here.

This is my favorite nail salon because of Becky. My coworker recommended I go to her and I haven’t been to another nail salon since. She is very kind and thoughtful. She takes her time and makes sure I like everything about my nails every step of the way. She is the best in the area by far.

I just had the best pedicure!!! I'm visiting from Kentucky, but if I lived closer, I would definitely become a regular customer! Great prices, great services, and SUPER friendly nail artists!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I had a pedicure and no chip done. However the pedicure chipped the next day and was very sloppy looking. Also the no chip was horrible, you can tell the top coat wasn't put on smoothly. She also used full nippers, so my cuticles were completely messed up the next day. Would recommend anyone to go someplace else!
