42 bucks and the tires didnt shine until l said something. I worked here as a teen. Our manager would have scream at us for leaving water dripping the doors after we "dried it off" . Should've went to Mobil.

I go a lot because of the weather and the longest time there for me was about 15 minutes after a rain w snow storm. I like how quickly and easy it is.

Paid 30 plus dollars and a 7 dollar tip for my car not to be cleaned on the inside. Same coffee stain on the cup holder that I went in with. Called several times to complain never got an answer. I will never go here again

The quality of work is no longer there. Paid $44 to get my car cleaned and payed to get my carpets washed. They forgot to wash a carpet and when I got home I noticed what a terrible job they did, I had to clean the interior myself. That was a terrible experience and will not be going there again. What’s the point of paying to have someone clean the car when you have to re clean it yourself…

Very unpleasant experience. They lost my floor mats, all four. Since it was Saturday I was told to call on Monday and they will take care of it. Called Monday and rest of the week. And, nothing - just voice mail. Next time when I went to wash my car and to get an update, I was told that phone is not connected. Never got any explanation, compensation, and worst of anything not even simple "We are sorry".Likely, there are other car washes.

Annoyed and disappointed in the service, I paid more than $40 for a service that only included soaking the car on the outside, they didn't sap me, they didn't clean the inside, terrible service

Cannot say enough. We are fortunate to have this place in Rockford. Staff has always been caring, clean place, pay my monthly charge and love it.

absolutely disappointed i paid 26 dollars + tip for a cheap outside clean that made my car decals start to peal and absolutely nothing was cleaned on my interior there was still wrappers everywhere and dog hair all over the seats
