Jalen is amazing! I went to the one on E State Street 1st, That was the wrong place to go the man there try to rip me off. I explained to Jalen what I wanted/needed, and he listened, was able to help, and didn't try to push unnecessary items. He was great, I appreciate his service greatly, and I will definitely be back for the great service. Thanks again Jalen your awesome.

Worst experience I ever had 3192 11th st Rockford IL 61109. Jaylynn and yes it's a he,very rude and said if I don't change my attitude he doesn't have to service me mean while I waited outside for an hour, yes he's late I said I m late for my job. He said he didn't care and took the women behind me. Metro will hire anyone. He's rude dumb and he shouldn't be In customer service.

Jeff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in setting up my new phone. He went above and beyond to get me the best phone, service that was affordable including any qualifying discounts available and also assisted me throughout the entire process until everything was set up and in place. Metro is a great option when you need an affordable phone with service at a lower cost without being in a contract.

Honestly it was really good...they didn't intervene when I was talking about phones to my friend..which I know about phones lol...that was nice lol and when she decided on a phone we got it all activated and ready to go and I think it took them maybe 10 minutes to activate it and we were out the door very nice service really sweet girls

Bad service, they offered me a plan that supposedly lasted a month of internet when I paid 80 and it lasted 2 days, their workers in that store lie to sell, they give bad information
