These men stole my money, didn't want to give me a receipt.Then to come to find out, place me on a plan and add services I did not ask for, Try to give me a tablet for free, yet charging my account and changing stuff on the system???, to try and show that the money they took for this fake receipt I was given. They pocketed $196.00 from me. I had to tell them I was coming with the Police, So I was meet with the Manager, HE LIED. But I will be at the store to speak with the manager again, because he gave me a fake receipt, that does not show the true transaction. All I wanted was to change my phone. Yes they change the phone, that I should not have paid for, then have the nerve to say you got a free tablet, I didn't want all that. I don't even use the tablet, I will be there to fix my account again and I need my money, that you stole, when I only needed was upgrade. This store has been know from stealing, New owners or not. POOR POOR customer service. I told the manager, when I see my next month bill, its going to show if you were honest, SORRY YOU LIED. My bill is charging for a tablet I didn't want and now my service is messed up. NO ONE TOLD YOU TO CHANGE MY PLAN, JUST THE PHONE! AND GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! YET, since you took that drive from Chicago, you going to have to do it again. EXPLAIN WHY I AM PAYING FOR SERVICES I DIDN'T ASK FOR AND AGAIN TRUE TRANSACTION RECEIPT. I will be making a report claims with the BBB and Customer service. I have been with this company for 6 years and I felt something was wrong. I never had to pay like that to upgrade yet now I have to pay more on my bill. NOPE!!
P.S. Update. 03.24.24. I was asked to reach out to get help? So I sent an email, before I go into the store and make a report of theft by employers. Its been six days and still HAS NOT reach out to my email. This is so sad, going to have to cancel service all together, cant TRUST them.
P.S.S.Update 06.07.24 Still no luck. I asked for my money and still no luck. They are covering up the fact they took my money and made changes to my services. Still over paying and no answers. I asked for an Attorney information, thru email and still no luck, I need to send my pending lawsuit paperwork somewhere? THIS PLACE IS FULL OF MEN THAT STEAL MONEY AND MAKE UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES TO ACCOUNTS, THEN YOU FORCED TO PAY THE BILL AND STILL NO HELP IN THIS MATTER, NOW IM GOING TO GO INTO THIS SAD POOR STORE, IN HOPES TO GET MY MONEY OR SEE THEM IN COURT AND IN HOPES I DON'T GET MORE OF MY MONEY TAKEN OR JUST BEING TAKEN AS A FOOL.
I NEED AN ATTORNEY ASAP

He was patient, kind, and informative. Super happy with my experience. Give this man a raise. Appreciate you Saleem! ? 5 stars is an understatement.

I just signed up for the lawsuit for Metro by T-mobile because the woman that works in the store on East State St. Sold me a sim card for more than $10!!! She charged me $30 for a sim card and I got the Receipt...People in Rockford this is my Gift to you!!! Listen...Always save your Receipts!!! Shady companies will hire shady EMPLOYEES and there is NO Protection for us CUSTOMERS from Both company and employees!!! If you keep your Receipts it's the only way to catch these people and make them PAY when you catch them...I don't take the time to write these REVIEWS TO SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT COMPANIES. I WRITE THESE REVIEWS TO CATCH COMPANIES THAT DO BAD THINGS TO US THE CUSTOMERS!!! GET A BOX ? FOR YOUR RECEIPTS...WHEN YOU GET HOME FROM STORES THROW ALL RECEIPTS IN BOX. YOU CAN ALWAYS GO BACK AND FIND THEM WHEN (YOU) NEED THEM...TO CATCH BAD COMPANIES AND ITS BAD EMPLOYEES!!! HOPE I HELPED!!

Wow the girl sadly latina working at 5:40 pm Friday for the second time she did not help me she just ask me to go another store this time her "system was down" but I think she was very busy doing her makeup and when I told her who was her manager she said she is the manager I told her that's very sad because being the second time she just chose not to help me she obviously don't care and I really daubt she is the manager

Latino girl who works Mondays at around 10am. Has NO PROFFESSIONAL SKILLS WHATSOEVER at customer service..SMART ALECKY! AND IS A LIAR!! She couldn't care less if she sends a customer to ANOTHER phone place..your JOB is to please the customer, YOU KNUCKLEHEAD!!! Not to try to get them to quit your service. She refused to give me her managers name or phone number. Refused to write her name on a piece of paper and give it to me!! She should be FIRED immediately!!!!! This is the best kind of help you can get, metro pcs????

Went there back in November 2021 with my 13yr old son. Thought no one was in there because I didn't see anyone anywhere. Walked in to find 3 workers all crouched/ducked down behind desk high as hell. Place reeked of marijuana. They obviously were smoking right in store. Couldn't believe it. Guy looked up from desk asking can he help me, I replied no and walked right back out of the store

Nelly, the person who takes payments, is very arrogant and treats people with contempt. One arrives and is not friendly and the experience I had with this person was a bad experience. If they don't want to take payment for your phone, they send you to another store. I don't recommend it.
