This was the Broadway location in town. Unlike other locations it was not the best. I got a screen protector and got home and found out that the representative had placed the screen protector on with multiple air pockets still between the screen and the projector. Which means that now I got to pay another 20 bucks to get it done right by some other store...

I have been into this store twice to get my intermittent connectivity issues corrected. Both times, I was told I needed a new phone (my phone has a semi-cracked screen, but has been working fine until the past month). I do not want a new phone, just a working phone (my phone is only 8 months old). The clerk (a young, brunette, bespectacled man) turned my phone off, then back on the first time. The second time he removed my SIM card and then claimed he was troubleshooting. His solution both times was to buy a new phone. When I did agree to a new phone, he said it would be $69.95 and he would "throw in a case and a screen saver". When my total came to $123, my husband questioned the charges. The clerk told him that when he said he would "throw in a case and a screen saver" he meant give us a discount. My husband said "We are not spending any money here." We left, went to a different Metro-PCS store (S. Craycroft in Tucson, AZ). Amazingly, the lovely manager at that store did not even try to sell us a new phone, she did a network reset and VOILA! Problem solved. If you are looking to be sold a new phone as a solution to your connectivity issues, by all means go to the Metro-PCS at Kolb and Broadway. But if you a looking for a fix for connectivity issues, go to a Metro-PCS store where the employees know what they are doing, and are not just glorified salesmen.

The location on 11th st try telling me I needing to buy a new phone cause my Sims card was not reading so I went to the location on Broadway n talk to Sandra n she couldn't figure it out n I left n then came back to buy a new phone and instead selling me a new phone she went out her way to see if her sims would read n sure enough it did so I purchased a Sims card n it worked.

SCAMMERS!!!!!! went to the Broadway location in Rockford Illinois in late February to have 2 lines canceled on my account and a employee at this location named Destiny kept lines opened and opened more lines under my name!!!!!! No one will help me I HAVE BEEN PAYING SOMEONE ELSE'S PHONE BILL FOR MONTHS WITHOUT KNOWING IT BECAUSE IT WAS ON AUTO PAY I recently notice because I took autopay off ! I FEEL TOTALLY VIOLATED AND NOONE WILL HELP ME

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! went to this location to have 2 lines canceled and employee there did not cancel them and opened new accounts under my name been paying her bill for months now no one will help

Jeff, Dee and Sammy were all amazing with helping me with my phone I couldn't get to work they were all super friendly and appreciated how they worked together. I was really satisfied and will go to this store more often!!
