My experience at the Rockford, IL store was a complete nightmare. We registered the wedding party to purchase suites for our special day, and my father's measurements were taken down to purchase at a future date. I stopped into the store the afternoon of Sunday, March 10th, 2024, and was ignored while the accociate took two phone calls, helping other customers. After waiting a while, I couldn't place the order because the accociate, Vicki, couldn't find my father's measurements. I couldn't believe this had happened and stated that I'd just do it myself. Turns out it was indeed easier to just do it myself. I placed an order on that following Monday and received my father's suit three days later. This customer service experience was horrific, and I can't believe this is something I've had to navigate as the bride. I'll be sure to let my friends and family know to steer clear for any future disasters.

We went into this with not really a whole lot planned out for what we really wanted for my fiances tux and groomsman tuxs. Pauly was very attentive and straight forward! He helped us with every step and was very kind and polite ? 150% satisfied!

Horrible experience. Walked in to rent a tuxedo and the woman brought out a 40 reg for me to try on and I am a 46 Long. She insisted and it was like wearing a baby T-shirt. I asked if I could try on a 46 Long because the suits I have are that size. She refused to allow me to try on any other jacket or item - I just needed a tuxedo for formal wear. I asked if I could buy a suit but wanted the correct size... She looked at me as if I was a ghost (Awkward). Maybe she was having a bad day; but I left feeling ashamed for how I was treated. No argument, no rude words simply no service provided. Never will I go back

I believe Pauly helped me. He was outstanding. I am a big man and hard to fit. He had a suit picked out in 10 minutes that fit. This is my second outstanding experience there. I will be back.

Pauly was phenomenal! We walked in needing a suit and he helped find the perfect fit in less than 10 minutes, plus we walked out with the full suit! Couldn’t have found better service anywhere else!

This was my first time buying a suit from Men's Wearhouse and they made it quick and easy. Got a great looking suit that fits really well and was reasonably priced. I'll definitely be going back to get dress shirts in the future. They actually carry dress shirts with sleeves long enough for me. Finding shirts with sleeves that fit me at 6'2" is kind of difficult at other stores.

Well was not happy with the experience my son had who was the groom. He got his suit and the shirt was way too big. Also the ties he chose for him and the groomsman were wrong and he had to get some ordered to have for him and the groomsman. All of this should not be what a groom is worried about on his wedding day. This was also the second time the messed up for him. They also messed up his suit and friends vest for suit on his friends wedding day. This again should not be what any body should have to be worried about. But to top it off I go to explain my disappointment to an employee and all he did was brush it off like sorry it happened and thanks for your business and sent me on my way. This is poor business and I don’t think I’ll be going there again.
