I went and pick up my medicine, I asked this pharmacist about my medicine, and I didn't hear her answer, I asked again, she screaming me back and told that I have to go to the other side, I screaming at her and said that she won't talk to me like that, then I went back to work, I forgot to say that I work on meijer products department, anyway, she sent someone, to ask me if I didn't wanted my medicine, I explained to the person that I didn't wanted to get back at there, because if she did that again I will grab her by her hair, anyway I just got suspended for my job for 3 days,,I suppose that I don't deserve to be treated with respect, because I'm a employee in here, another thing that I forgot to say is that I have a mental disability

The guy at the pharmacy, Brandon ( I believe it was) went above and beyond to find a way to save me money on my medication. With the current cost of everything, such a gesture was greatly appreciated! Great job Brandon!

I have to say, the Pharmacy turns out to be number one in my book!Walgreens, Walmart, and CVS are now selling out to corporate presence it can take up to three to four days unless you have the insurance that they accept...What happened to Americans first???Great job Meijer Pharmacy...

Very, very, slow. Out of stock on most medications prescribed for me or my children. It's hit and miss if you get some one who is very nice or someone who is a know it all.

This pharmacy gave me the run a round on a prescription that should have been no charge to me. Telling me they needed a letter from my Dr and they needed my insurance info which they have on file for over a year then they told me someone didn't put in the order to have it refilled they are a joke and I will be calling to have my meds refilled somewhere else. Don't make the mistake I made by going to this pharmacy.

I went to pickup my script it was 1 pm (weekends they close 1:30 - 2 for lunch) I did call they said it would be ready Pull up to drive thru it wasn't ready come back after lunch So I went in to wait they were closing for lunch This one young man asked my name, he was the person that told me on the phone it would be ready It's past 1:30 he said no problem he would fill it now it took a few minutes He was the only person taking time out of his lunch. He very nice ,you couldn't ask for a nice person!!! He had a shorter lunch to help me I believe his name was Grayson THANK YOU so much !!!!

Came in to pick up 2 prescriptions that were sent in 3 hours ago. I called 30 minutes ago to check on prescriptions and couldn’t get through. When I got here they said they tried to call me about one of the prescriptions. I was never called. Told they would get the prescription ready and it wouldn’t take long. I asked how long and was told 25 minutes. That seems like a long time since they screwed up. Good customer service would have been to get the prescription done immediately!!Just came to pickup 2 prescriptions that were sent in 3 hours ago. Told it would be at least another 45 minutes. Have some updated technology that informs people of progress of filling the prescription and time it will be ready. Totally a waste of my time! I will be switching pharmacies after this!!!Luckily I didn’t wait for prescriptions since 90 minutes later I received a call that they were out of stock of one of the items.

This is regarding the great service I received on Tuesday, Nov 7th,2023 at the Rockford, IL Pharmacy. I was in the Rockford store just gave it a shot. The Entire staff at the Rockford, IL Meijer pharmacy was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. Sarah ran my card found that it would be paid by Caremark, Dave the pharmacists answered my other questions, EVERYONE at the pharmacy was outstanding and I was overwhelmed by their customer service and willingness to go over and above. I intend to put this same review on every site I can.It is important to know the nightmare I've been dealing with prior to Dave and his staff helping me. I have been trying to get a COVID-19 shot for over a week at other places throughout Rockford. My medical insurance said it would have to be done by a medical provider at a clinical location, not a pharmacy. My drug card is with CVS/Caremark. I tried numerous locations of CVS and was denied. I then tried every other urgent care, and pharmacy in the Rockford area, including the Loves Park, IL Meijer and was turned down. The Loves Park pharmacy wouldn't even try to run my card, (even though I've gotten other COVID shots there) and just said they couldn't help me. I had resolved that I was not getting the shot.I have worked in Healthcare Administration my whole career, and would love employees like Dave and his staff.

I called pharmacy asked them about vaccination and my insurance coverage. The tech asked me to stop by then they can check with my insurance.I waled into pharmacy asked them to check. One lady tech was very rude. I complained to the pharmacist. The entire episode was awkward. we move from Walgreens to Meijer because it is close. But Meijer pharmacy tech are not trained to deal with customers.

Rich (intern) is fantastic! Helped call the Dr. Office to get meds script corrected. Ensured meds would be available. Also advised about interactions could have from meds. Appreciated!
