This Macy's is okay. I never buy anything here. But, I go in just to see if there is anything I may like. No such luck.

Very under staffed I had a long wait at the MAC cosmetics counter. It actually was uncomfortable not only with a bad knee. Other patrons couldn't believe I was still waiting in the same spot, after the had finished shopping. Literally, two separate shoppers asked me "why haven't they help you yet"?

Love Macy's always have, good product and great customer service, no problem returning merchandise either.
