Took my 12 year old daughter here and paid over $50 just for the nails to pop off 2 days later then called and they said to bring her in and they'd do them again. Thought okay cool making it right.. no took her in for the guy to just be rude to her!!?? ?service!

Always in a rush. Don’t take the time out to do a neat job. If you say anything about something missed, they start talking to each other in their native language. This makes me feel like they talking about me. I went twice and it was the same experience. Not going back.Services: Gel manicure

I've been going there for years, but the service has declined. They have become rather rude. Right now , only the shop owners are working so you have to wait a long time. I do mean a Long time, She is very rushed and in a hurry to get things done. I had my nails done yesterday and they look terrible. The acrylic is way to thick on on nails, and the underside of the tips still have acrylic on them and I cant get it off. I dont know what I am going to do about getting these nails off. The TV is locked on a stupid channel with silly giggles and music, Its like they are trying to get rid of you. Its very annoying in the shop. I don't know how they listen to it all day long. It's just not the same place it used to be.
