“I do not live in Rockford but travel here a couple of times each year.
I make a point of stopping by Binny's, just to see what they have.
I am a bourbon and whiskey aficionado so I usually start with that aisle. I've been using more rum lately so I also scoped out the rum aisle.
I found a rum I had on my shopping list, Pusser's British Blue Label Rum, so I grabbed that.
I also had some bitters on my shopping list. I am always happy with the selection of not only liquors but also with the selection of cocktail ingredients.
Staff was cheerful and helpful as always.

“I use to come in this store all the time when it was a clothing store.The first time I walked in there I was like OMG how different it looks.It was super clean,neat,organized and everything.It's a big store and they had everything and everything was so organized it was easy to find what I was looking for.The cashier was so nice to me..she helped me find everything I wanted cause I was kind of in a rush and the store is so huge...but yes she helped.I will always shop there when I need something because they have it All.And nice owners and workers there.”
“The best part about woodman's is the vast variety of product they provide. At times it feels like inter-dimensional shopping, I swear some of the stuff on their shelves look like fake products you'd see on a 90s sitcom, but it's all real I promise. They have good deals on certain products as well, and the best part, cherry on the sundae, they're open 24/7.”
“A place you can go and have great service busy or low. Machines are more giving than others but it's still gambling. They have food options but 3rd party so hit or miss. The food is great.”
“The first time I was in a Woodman's I was mind-blown at how massive they are ! To those outside of the midwest I wonder what your grocery store equivalent is ? I've never been in a Wegman's but I imagine it is something on that scale. Costco is large too but in a different way.Not sure what to add about this Woodman's but I am always in awwww of how much there is here ! “I've been a customer of Tinderbox since it was in the Cherryvale mall in the 1990's. Definitely the best selection of cigars, wine, and high end liquors anywhere near Rockford. Dennis (owner) and Rhonda (Manager) are the finest of people, as well as the rest of the staff and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend a visit. You will not be disappointed! Please tell them I said hello!”

“Went in looking for a specific wine for my sister’s graduation and the worker/cashier was very happy to help! Even though the store did not have it stocked he called the surrounding stores to see which one had it then gave me directions to the shop after calling one of the store workers. Very professional and wonderful experience all around, I truly recommend Cork Keg & Spirits and it’s workers!!! :)”
“I went in a Thursday and it was cool. Nice experience in a small bar. It's a liquor store too! Drink special was for vodka/gin and $1 wings. I didn't get a chance to eat, but I'll be going back..food looked and smelled too good! Older crowd, which is what I like and the bartender was cool too. She watched my drink for me when I had to use the bathroom because I was alone. Bathroom was clean. People were friendly and chilling, playing pool, slots...music was good too, a whole lil vibe if you wanna get out the house and mingle with folks!”

“Large selection of bourbon, cognac, and liquor. They have all of the allocated bottles. E.h. Taylor, weller, blantons, eagle rare 10. But over retail price. Cashier was friendly. Tried to negotiate but was shot down. An okay price on some of the items. But if you want em bad enough. They are there. Would be 5 stars, but some of the prices are just too high, but you can't find the bottles anywhere else. So I guess it is what it is.”

“Went to get my oil changed. Sat in line for close to a hour. 3 bays open and full. The price is right. I had to leave as I was on lunch for work! Did not get my oil changed. I will say it seemed like they could be short staffed. I will give it another try as I am a very frequent visitor at the grocery stores”
“Not much for sale but chips and soda but the parking lot is a common place to score drugs. There’s always a row of cars parked and waiting and eventually someone will offer to sell you something!”

“This is my go to liquor place. Staff are really nice, prices are decent, they got sales going on up front just like most places but it's right off State st. so it's convenient. I mean, what more to say about a liquor store? It's good, go there and give them your business.”

One time i was riding by on my bike n i needed a lighter-i knew i couldcount on sum random lot lizard to hook a girl up on some fire. Broadway food n liquor for president! (4 stars pnly cuz i wish there were a lil bit more selection not that there isnt a good amount as is but to get 5 stars outta me baby u gotta shine supreme)”
