I’ve been going to this Lens Crafters for the past 24 years. The staff there are wonderful!! They have a great variety of glasses to choose from. They always take the time to help me with whatever I need. I come in there often for adjustments and they do a great job!! Thank you!!

My experience was none short of horrible ,
From the moment I walked in I felt negative vibes from the staff “low energy”. The dr was a “real winner” he just didn’t give 2 cares about the exam. both my exams, contacts and eye glasses were so wrong/incorrect that it’s not even funny. In all my experience getting eye exams this is by far the worst . The prescription for contacts he prescribed me were so far off that it hurt to look at something for to long of a period. He was super impatient and rude. rushed me through the whole exam like he was just trying to get rid of me. From what it seemed to me that he needs to keep his personal life at home. And bring some professionalism to work.

lovely experience here! i came in yesterday around 3pm to look for my very first pair of prescription sunglasses and denise was lovely. she was super sweet and helped me to decide between 2 pairs of glasses. the store is beautiful and clean, service was very quick and my sunglasses will be here in time for my birthday so i am very pleased. thank you for your help denise!

Denise at LensCrafters on E. State is a real lifesaver! My son’s glasses were bent and the lens kept popping out. They were the only place open past 7 pm. Even though the glasses were from somewhere else, she fixed them with no problem. Very appreciative of her services!
