First call I spoke with Jaye, I was distraught! She was sweet and professional and helped me. Next I had a call from Alvin, although you can't accept me as a customer at this time, he was helpful in finding somebody who might. He also explained your other services. You can be assured, I will recommend you to everyone I know thanks to these two incredibly helpful people!

This review is solely based on my experience with Mary and Patrick in the Rockford store. Initially, Patrick called me to acknowledge they received my order and he was very nice, professional and informative. When I met with Mary, she was great! Very informative, professional and kind. Explained everything to me and made knowledgeable suggestions. My experience with her was very pleasant.

My wife had knee replacement surgery and was given a prescription to take to Lehan’s for a walker. We stopped there on our way home from the hospital and presented our insurance information and the prescription. The lady refused to dispense the walker, claiming that she needed more information. She said that she would call.
We went home and as we got out of the car my 75 year old wife collapsed on the garage floor. I had to carry her into the house. I purchased a walker at a local pharmacy so that she could move around the house. We didn’t hear from Lehan’s until the next day and they still wanted more information. We canceled the order
This was one of the worst examples of customer service that I have encountered

Kudos to Patrick who helped me with compression stocking. He was kind and knowledgeable and I received my order right away. I appreciated him taking the time to assist me in getting the right item.

Your clearly copy/pasted response is well and truly appreciated. I appreciate you taking the time to hit ctrl+v. If only your management team was capable of taking that time and returning a phone call. I don't feel like playing phone tag with the management team again so do not expect a call or my business.
Edit: If that were true I wouldn't have had to post publicly in order to get your managements teams attention. I will be telling all my friends and family to go elsewhere.

I've been dealing with Lehan's Rockford for several years. They have great customer service. They pick up and deliver equipment. Their rental prices are reasonable. I'm really happy with everyone I talk to there.

Mary and Bill at the Rockford location have been so incredibly helpful and friendly, I cannot thank them enough.My insurance and the sleep lab I went to ended up taking well over a month to get everything squared away, but these guys were persistent about making sure to stay on top of them so that I could get my CPAP machine as soon as possible.They are both so incredibly friendly, accommodating, and have spent more than my share of time answering my questions. I have never felt rushed or like I am a bother.Top notch customer service, flexibility, follow through..... If you need medical equipment in Rockford you would be nuts to go anywhere else!

This was my first experience with Lehan's and I couldn't be happier with my visit. A Big Shout out to Mary. As a Respiratory therapist she showed her expertise and knowledge. Also you can tell she loves her job. She was warm and welcoming showed her concern for your well-being. Thanks Mary! You made a visit I wish I didn't need a very pleasant experience.

I just went to pick up my CPap machine and the level of service, attention and professionalism by everybody but especially by Mary was absolutely top notch and outstanding. I strongly recommend them especially after 5 months of struggling with their competitors. If I had only known how wonderful they were going to be I would've come sooner. Thank you for helpingme and for your kindness.

I picked up my cpap machine and had an appointment with Mary. She was very thorough and answered any and all of my questions. Mary was an absolute pleasure to work with and Lehan has been very easy to work with and help me.
