I asked for help from 2 associates in the Sephora store and neither one of them offered to unlock the fragrance drawer to see if the product i wanted was in stock. Both employees said no it's out of stock without checking.... I asked a 3rd employee who looked to be taking inventory if she could check the drawer for me. She was happy to help and unlocked drawer and guess what was in the cabinet ???? The $130.00 fragrance I was looking to purchase !!!! SURPRISE, look what happens when you do your JOB!!! I bought the product but now in the future I will just order from Amazon.

Kohls at Forest Plaza is becoming my go to store for clothing and gifts! There are reps (my terminology) on the floor that answers questions with a pleasant and professional attitude! Of course they have self check out BUT their rep, Jannette, provided courteous help to ensure I get through the multiple screens that totally confused me!! She always knew where I was in those screens as she was helping multiple customers. Jannette reminded me to deactivate any items that had a buzzer in it! I got several items at a great sales price. Kohl’s is bringing me back into the store to shop!!

I am a recent employee and I'm here to warn shoppers to be careful with these people who.work there. I resigned after witnessing employees disrespecting customers. It's a toxic work place and also toxic for shoppers. Alot of customers complained to me about how they were being treated by others. They also make the cashiers push the credit cards on shoppers even if they say no. They say you'll get 35% off your purchase but that 35% is excluded on most apparel, shoes and etc.....Then rewards are another misconception to customers. The only good thing they have going for them is the Kohls cash which has an expiration date. I am on the customers side. Kohls doesn't have the customers best interest.Lastly, I'd like to add that this review doesn't pertain to all employees. I think there are a handful I worked with that are great people. I'll miss you. You know who you are. Best of luck there.

Kohls has gone way down hill in the last few years. The coupons for 10% - 20% or 30% off any purchase now only are valid on a very narrow selection of merchant brands, making them almost useless.nd the kohls cash is a scam to get you back in the store. I don't want Kohls cash, I want a decent price on the merchandise like you you used to give. That would incentivize me to come back.
