My $20 Kohl's money disappeared off my account that was on my statement and my $8 in rewards disappeared I went to buy something to spend the $20 I earned it in December and on February 4th at no longer was there which it was on my statement no one could explain it to me Time to shop at Amazon again I guess

Shop at KOHL'S!! Prices are terrific, lots of selections in many brands, employees are helpful, store is artistic and lovely all around. We're lucky to have Kohl's in Rockford.

I bought a sweatshirt for Christmas and it didn't fit. I used 15.00 Kohl's cash and $5.78 on my Kohl's card. I returned it assuming that my Kohl's cash would be put back on my account. I got a 5.78 credit and I lose my Kohl's cash. I'm sorry but this is a awful policy and for the worker to say $20.78 will be credited back to your account and not say anything about it losing $15.00 Kohl's cash shows that they don't care about their customers. I called the store because I thought there was an error and the worker said sorry, that is our policy for Kohl's cash. Unbelievable, just leaves me with a bad taste.

Love shopping during sales and kohls cash, makes it very affordable. Customer service is where we have found issues it's a hit or a miss. Some employees are very rude and lazy others helpful and pleasant. That's why if at all possible I prefer to not go into the store.

Good luck trying to contact the Rockford Kohls store by phone. When I tried to call it rings once then hangs up. I didn't notice a security tag was left on a hood I bought for a Christmas gift. My daughter who doesn't live in Rockford found it after she opened it and tried it on. Very disappointing 😞

Today 12/13/24 my husband and I went to the Kohls store located on E. State St Rockford specifically looking for perfume for our daughter who has her birthday this December 26th. When choosing the perfume we decided to look for another gift that was still pending and when leaving Saphora with the perfume a lady with a radio in her ear looked at us quite strange, something that I noticed from the beginning, even so my husband and I continued walking and when she saw that we did not turn right in the aisle where she was headed she decided to go ahead of us and turned abruptly addressing us to pay for the perfume at Saphora to which my reaction was "seriously" "I didn't know" seeing that the lady said it in a very bad way I returned to Saphora to ask if the lady with the radio saying the correct thing. The Saphora employees told me that this was not true and that the only good thing about paying there was that I would save an additional 15% discount, however I was free to pay at the store's cash registers. After taking to the Sophora employees I went directly to a store manager and mentioned to him the situation of course I been shopping at Kohls and never had an issue but today I came across a RACIST LADY. Yes I am hispanic and is so sad that a person like this still exists in this country. I really hope not to see her again. Kohls I am very disappointed.
