Idk what's up with all these 1 star reviews. I walked in made myself known. Showed the guy what part I needed. He got it, I paid for it and left. Simple easy transaction. I think some people go in unprepared with a bad attitude. Then get what what they give and can't handle it.

Had an issue with my ignitor on my furnace and couldn't find a replacement anywhere local except online to be estimated delivery 2 days from now but needed heat now for the nights when it's cold. Called them up and they had 1 in stock brought in my old one and they were very helpful. Went home and Installed it and now there is heat. Thanks a bunch

Rough, gruff, and to the point. These guys may seem like jerks if you do not know what you are talking about - nobody likes their time wasted. Described my conditions and process of elimination, they agreed that control board was bad. Even offered other helpful suggestions... it is all how you chose to receive feedback. Anyway, replaced board, cleaned blower n such while apart, now furnace works better that ever. Thanks guys!

I had a bad hot surface igniter. Took the old part in to the store I was greeted helped and sent home with a exact match to my furnace in under 5 minutes. The part cost just under 60 dollars and worked perfectly.
