“I have been to Busch Jewelers three times for different jewelry and every single time the customer service has been impeccable. I had gone to them when my wife’s stone fell out of her setting and they were 100% concerned and gave her top notch service in getting it put back in the ring. Mitch Busch has set the bar high for customer service and has trained his people who work there the same. Every time I go in there, it is a very casual experience, the sales team is not trying to push something off on you that you do not like or want. Also, their knowledge of jewelry is top of the line. I would not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.”

He gave an estimate of five or so weeks for the completed ring. I was surprised to the point of tears when I got the call 3 days later that it was ready! He went in over the weekend because he wanted to get this to me in time for my birthday, and the trip I am going on for it. I couldn't be more in love with the design, customer service, and his talent! I can't quit staring at my ring, and a smile coming to my face knowing my grandma would be so pleased, and it's like carrying a piece of her love around with me again.”

“I went in very nervous because I wanted something special and very specific. Klich was so patient with me as I designed and chose each part of the image that would be on the necklace. I was beyond picky. He assured me it would be perfect . In lest than 10 minutes it was done and absolutely perfect as he promised. Klich even gave me a chain to go with it and a great deal on the price as well. I will be a repeat customer for sure. All of the jewelry is beautiful but if you are looking for something customer made you definitely need to go see him.”

Younger woman behind register was very nice but what is the deal with the other lady that opens up cases for people with glassses and brown hair?? She was extremely rude and short with me while opening up cases. I was so uncomfortable and it was just weird why she was so rude. Stick her in the back or put her outside on the street in a mascot costume. That way she won’t have to deal with customers ?”

“I had no idea Rockford had such a nice western wear shop right downtown! When I first walked in the door I was blown away because I thought it would be very small. It is deceptive from the outside. They have tons of shirts, boots and hats. I saw some fancy belt buckles and even a couple very nice saddles for your giddyup! I ended up buying two cowboy hats and only needed one. Lol! I stopped at one of their competitors who sold Citizen Watches in Rockford, in the Cherry Vale Mall, but they didn't know how to repair the battery either. They told me to go around the corner to JLK Jeweler kiosk, "he can do everything " . JLK can. Give them your business!!!!”
