Horrible experience with their service department. We bought a car from them and it came with a warranty well we started having problems that were being caused by a bad VVT solenoid. The service department told me I'd have to pay for a complete engine teardown and the warranty wouldn't cover it. I told them it was the VVT and they said to just let the motor blow then it'll be covered. Well went to a mechanic instead $500 later I have 4 new VVTs installed and not a single issue happening. Why would you rather let a motor go bad and replace that which is multiple thousands of dollars instead of fixing the simpler issue causing the problem. Then tell your customer they would have to pay out of pocket for a teardown that wasn't needed. Very unhappy with the service and would give negative stars if at all possible

Didn’t give us a car because of “credit history” but they promote bad credit no credit lol but the byrider in Janesville gave us a car same day.

Do NOT get a car from them. I had purchased one and within the first year the motor, Trans, and whole suspension and axel had to be replaced. The warranty caps out so they won't cover everything. Their mechanics are the worst. Have the qork checked over because they will forget bolts holding your vehicle together.

Ask for Joel when buying, ask for Brandon for service/mechanical . Those guys are the truth . Best car experience so far.

They provide great customer service when trying to secure the sale, but it's unfortunate that once the sale has been secured how quickly you become non-existing. I would never refer anyone or do business with them again. The people that are working there are so unprofessional it leaks out in their conversation and appearance.

This company sold me a lemon car and after one year after purchase it completely died. It also died several times after I bought it and I have put so much money into this car because they think it is great to lie to single moms. I have no car now. They won't fix it. DO NOT ever give them business. They lying deceitful crooks with a vendetta towards everyone. They also have no knowledge or care for anyone because they are selfish. I now have to take off work and get a lawyer to sue them. They deserve negative stars.

Great service. There was some computer issues getting my financing through but they didn't give up until it was fixed. I got the car I was looking at. Would work with them anytime.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. All I wanted was my Kia back the way it was before I dropped it off. Shortly after paying it off, all kinds of issues with it. Within a couple weeks, they had my Kia 2 times. First time was struts, springs, etc and very expensive fix. 2nd time, a week later, back brakes. Went to pick it up, wouldn't start. More money to see why. New key fab situation and picked it up yesterday. Now my radio is fried and new key fab will not lock or unlock doors. Everything that is wrong now IS NOT EVEN WHY THE KIA WAS BROUGHT THERE TO BEGIN WITH! I'm so upset ?

My son purchased a car. I sort of didn't like the process that you need to be approved before looking at cars but as we went on I totally understand and like it. Joel was his salesman and he was outstanding. The First Gentleman we met was nice and when he realized my son had talked to Joel he handed us right over. Anyway my son really wanted one car but the radio didn't work so they found another car. He was content but not 100 percent. By the time he drove home the sales man called him and said the other vehicle was repaired and his boss said they could swap it out. Same price same car but different years needless to say my son is over the moon happy and I will be going back to hopefully find me a car later. Great service, very nice group of people.
