Everyone was helpful and friendly, but the delivery team was not experienced at all. Did not measure anything. Owner had to come out and figure out how to get my couch inside, which they could only get in part way due to a door being in the way. There is damage to the stairwell and damage to the couch and when I reached to them out about the sofa arm covers, they denied they had them, as if I would lie about not having them. When I reached out again they didn’t even respond which I felt was very unprofessional.

Horrible experience bought a washer and dryer and they wouldn't let me see it running got home and the washer was broken inside leaking water and they refused to refund My money saying bought as is but the dryer I brought works great. Yes you sold me a washer and dryer my review is true I had people help me load it

It’s a garage sale under a roof they get all that junk they sell from the trash can or close 2 it.. I would not buy anything there most of there trash was givin to them or worse Run Away from jams… If you want a used mattress that’s been frebreezd pay for it your better off garbage picking that’s all they do!!! What do you expect from Rockford!! I didn’t buy anything from there I worked for them I would not put there garbage picks in my home.. Don’t let there were all about Jesus fool you… There about garbage picking and mark ups…. Buy a mattress or couch the bed bugs and or roaches come free!!!! Go to junk luggers that’s where it’s from without the middle man

BEWARE!!!!!!.I paid $600 ($680 after delivery) for a "like new" couch from JAMS restored furniture.....get it delivered and there are huge rips in the cushions on the back of the couch, I tried to message them at least for an apology or something cause I don't expect much else from them & they completely ignored the issue, so I want to let other people know so that someone doesn't buy something considered "like new" to find later it's garbage

They have no regard for your time or money and are extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with this so called business. If you are planning to sell or buy from them, don’t do it. They will just end up wasting your time.

I waited a bit to write my review. I like my new couch. I just cant bring myself to buy something new. I have a 1.5 year old so it’s probably going to get stained anyways. Why spend 2k on a sofa for my child to destroy when JAMS can give me this one for $525? Im happy with it! Thanks guys!

I just dont understand the negative reviews.My experience with James restored furniture was fantastic. Very nice and friendly to deal with . Great communication, they replied almost emeditly to my texts. Smooth transaction, my Sofa was delivered in 2 days by 2 very nice delivery men. It was described as like new and you cannot tell the difference if I told you that it was brand new. The sofa was perfectly clean, no orders or stains at all, very nice, perfectI 100 % recommend buying from them.

Furniture looked good but the piece I had delivered had a smell of smoke that lingered around my house from the 1 piece of furniture. Had to get rid of the smell myself. I'd recommend going to see the stuff you buy in person first. Other than that, was an easy to process to buy furniture, nice people.
