Distributer direct batteries! Brought in my old lawn mower battery and they showed me the two options for replacement. Was back out the door in a jiffy. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Very convenient for getting a great Interstate battery!

Not good Customer Service. Needed a special battery pack made which they made for us many times through the years. We have our machine down. Dropped off and said it was an emergency and they said they would get back to me. 3-1/2 hours later I called and the Manager said they don't have time today. Did not even call me back and tell this. I asked him why didn't you call me earlier " Just so Busy". No Sorry or anything.
