It only took a few minutes to set up and then it downloaded by itselfno chords no waving just hooking the phone up and all the storages came through in the next 2 to 3 hours to the new phone. Technology worked in my favor this time in that store for a limited time.......”

My wait wasn’t long and the associate who helped me, Cedric, was great at hearing me out, making me feel welcomed, and walked me through all the steps so I knew what was going on. He even went and asked for help from his manager when he did hit a bump in the road. He even double checked his work. Thank you!!”

“I had the opportunity to be in this location several times in the same week. I saw reviews referring to negative experiences, I approached cautiously. I now beg to differ. They are indeed very busy, but did not fail to greet each person that entered within mere seconds. I saw them do everything humanly possible to keep things moving.
Bearing in mind that Comcast/Xfinity is a huge company, they need to follow the guidelines given to them. Agents/managers keeping themselves informed and going the extra mile to look for solutions for customers is what I saw.
