This location is much more polite and helpful than the east state location. They are happy to help and highly professional every time I go to pay .

Trying to get a live person on the phone is a nightmare. You can call during open business hours and the phone just rings and rings, then you get Screech jabbering a bit and then it'll just hang up on you! Gave up calling back and I just call my insurance company directly now to pay. Much less frustrating.
