I encouraged my daughter to have her taxes done by them as she had a baby last year, and I wanted to make sure she filed the correct forms. I told her I'd pay for it. The girl's income was less than $10,000 for 2022 and she was charged $290! We were NOT told ahead of time that that was the price.
