“Sonya is a very professional, efficient, considerate and patient lady. I went to her office on March 26, 2024 to inquire about car insurance. It only took me about 40 minutes to compare prices, make insurance plans, choose the contract and payment method, etc. As a new immigrant who just moved from another state with poor English, I did not understand several insurance terms, so Sonya explained to me very patiently and put forward very professional and reasonable suggestions on several key insurance terms. Finally, the price of the vehicle insurance contract signed by Sonya was much cheaper than the vehicle insurance I bought last time.
That day, even though it was raining outside and a little chilly in spring, Sonya's service made me feel warm.
