“I highly recommend this La-Z-Boy location! I am temporarily disabled and my sister has been looking for a power recliner for me with no luck. On Sunday she was out shopping and stopped by the Rockford location and found a chair I might like. I called on Monday and asked for the Store Manager Scott Loy, who my sister spoke to. Usually when you call and ask for the manager they come back saying they are busy and will call you back, which doesn't always happen. Not this store...Scott picked up right away and I started to explain I was the person my sister was shopping for and he knew right away what I was talking about. He answered all my questions and very kindly gave me an additional saving on the chair and delivery! I had it all ordered and with a date for shipping in as little as a day! Easiest furniture purchase I ever made! Fast, Friendly service by Scott made my experience completely over the top! Stop by, buy something and tell Scott I sent you! You won't be disappointed! :)”

“We got new locks for the new house, and they rekeyed them so one key will open all of them. Who knew you weren't stuck with whatever you found in the big box store? This is an old fashioned hardware store with some of everything you might need and guys behind the counter who know how to do stuff. It was fascinating to find a wide variety of plungers in at least six colors. Do people color coordinate those? I can't wait to "need" something else.”

“Was looking for a metal Christmas sign my fiance seen on tic tok from a Hobby lobby so off we went in search for it at our local Hobby lobby on e state st in Rockford Illinois. After searching and no luck, An employee by the name of Elizabeth Gloyd was happy to assist us. Low and behold she found it for us. She was helpful and had a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Elizabeth for the great customer service. It's employees like you that make the difference”

“Stopped in to look around and get a small houseplant for my bedroom as well as a bouquet for my girlfriend for a valentine's day date.Made my rounds through the store and grabbed a succulent plant and a small pot to home it before looking in the fridge at the bouquets they already had made.Cindy, if my reciept is right, asked if I needed any help and I told her I was looking for a cheaper handheld bouquet (as the ones in the fridge were in vases already) and she offered to make one and asked for my price range. I said about 15-20 dollars and she went and made up a beautiful bouquet within a couple of minutes. Girlfriend and I were very happy with the bouquet and the service was amazing.Her birthday's next month so I'll be back for sure and will add that experience to this review.”

“I had heard about Sleep Number beds. I had looked online. I was in Rockford one day and saw the actual store. I had some time so I stopped and went in to the store. I was met by Henry. He explained everything. Everything. I am so grateful that I did not buy the bed from an online site. This bed needs instruction from an instructor. Henry is not just a salesperson; he is an instructor. Brandon is another person I met who helps customers. He is equally well-versed in this product. I recommend that if you are looking for a new mattress, look at Sleep Number. I had looked at a several other name brand mattresses. I am happy that I did stop and look at Sleep Number. I was not in a position to make my purchase on the first day I stopped. I did know that when I left the store, that when I did make my new be purchase, it would be a Sleep Number. A few weeks after I visited the store, I did go back and asked a bunch more questions. Then thanks to Henry's guidance, I made my purchase. The bed is on its way! Plus, from what Henry said, there is follow up after the sale to make sure the customer is doing well with the bed and its technology. That is good to know!”

“Love the new location! PSA: The Cutting Table now has a sign in screen. Had a few upset customers today that were unaware they need to sign in. They were turned away and told to sign in and get in line again. Ouch.”

“We're looking for the living room the sofa with the surround sound where your speakers are in the arm of the chairs at the each end, with vibrations, massaging backs, and sound effects too, with the lights and everything.. “Let’s begin with customer service, they immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in, actually got up and walked around the store with me and made sure that I was looking for everything that I needed, but also gave me my spaced to not make me feel as if so they were trying to pressure me into buy anything and just to make a sale they checked back with me multiple times and of course I made a purchase I couldn’t refuse and also I’m a returning customer not once but a few times!
