“Let’s begin with customer service, they immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in, actually got up and walked around the store with me and made sure that I was looking for everything that I needed, but also gave me my spaced to not make me feel as if so they were trying to pressure me into buy anything and just to make a sale they checked back with me multiple times and of course I made a purchase I couldn’t refuse and also I’m a returning customer not once but a few times! A very knowledgeable staff to get you what you need.Definitely not a lumber yard or a big box hardware store.They carry some great high end tools and metrology equipment in stock.I recently picked up some rubber leg ends for a folding chair and they had the correct size in stock in white or black and at a good price. The other little chain hardware store I had stopped at didn't even have the size.”

Selection of fabrics for sewing leans heavily toward "kid stuff" and has little for such things as men's shirts or women's suiting. So many sale prices and coupons that even staff are confused by them.”
